it says that the mining assets were divested TO XTRA Crypto, NOT to Xtra Bitcoin. It's in plain english.

That could the reason that Paul, in his stock email response to questions said, you shouldn't invest in TCE* until you see the details of the merger and he clearly refers to two entities,

Bitcoin and Crypto. Mining assets went to Crypto. Maybe read it again.
