That statement was made prior to the extent of dewatering was discovered. That issue has been resolved and I don’t believe there was anything malicious in having expectations of having equipment on site at that time. Obstacles happen and the management team has overcome that obstacle. You can keep beating that dead horse as it’s decomposed into dust already.

Obviously, the management has no influence on this development.

Numerous reasons have already been mentioned here that are quite plausible.

Of course, and you're probably right, it would be of interest to all, what the previously very positive prospects are now led to absurdity.

How can management come to this misperception? What have them told or promised in the past and then can no longer hold? That is really strange.
