The assets will sell for more than 3 dollars but after subtracting preferred shares its probably less than zero and you won't get the company to say its not. The were offered not even 10% of them previously.

Instead of a stock price you like, could you suggest a realist value for each asset?

GNCP...Yes, OUTRAGEOUS VALUATION of $3+ is complete nonsense!!! (but $1 is not...IMO)

$1.00 for the entirety of the toxic mess that is GNCP sounds about right.
