Which dealerships? I've contacted NATIONAL CHAINS claimed to have 'major deals' w/ Berman & ONCI - they're NOT AWARE of Berman or his product!

What users? Berman's financials imply 10s of 1000s of customers, yet NONE CAN BE FOUND, other than the single customer you claim to have pics of from last yr

Yes. If we’re assuming that the device is actually for sale at a dealership, they would preload the software onto the buyers phone.

But, there’s no separate process for this.

They would do this in the same manner as an independent buyer- by going to the AppStore and downloading the app. It’s not a separate process- any download is done through the AppStore and would show up the same way.
