It's from the 8-K. I posted it but didn't noticed they changed June to July.

However, the PR on Sesen's website, as of today, still says:

The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about June 21, 2019, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

And as pointed out elsewhere, crickets in pre-market this morning.
