I was out of town the last few days and got back in late yesterday. I wasn't able to see the L2 yesterday, so I don't know how this traded. However, after reviewing the DD I did, I stick to what I said in an earlier post.
I don't believe this is currently being diluted. I said I thought the notes were done being converted (the ones that currently could be converted), and then yesterday the company put out a PR confirming that. My guess as to what happened yesterday; I think that this was being manipulated either by someone shorting it after the spike or someone trying to keep the price down to load more shares before this runs again. Like I've stated before, I'm not the best at reading the filings, nor am I an expert trader. I do however try to continue to learn and get better everyday. With that said, I could be wrong and this is all IMHO. If anyone can provide me with a better explanation than what I have given, I would greatly appreciate it. Until then, I'm sticking with what I said in my earlier post.
