Incorrect. We’ve been over this. Even before the farm bill they were legal as the energy drinks contain HEMP SEED protein powder. HEMP SEEDS are 100% legal and have G.R.A.S status with the FDA. If you don’t know that stands for....its generally recognized as safe. The HighDrate waters are open to interpretation. While the farm bill clears them, the FDA oversees adding anything to food or drink and they are dragging their feet. At least they not policing and since our CBD is from hemp we will likely be ok thanks to the farm bill and states like Texas and California just legalizing cbd in food and drink.
