Everytime volume drops and buyers exhausted these MF insiders put out a worthless PRs to entice buyers so debt holders can dump.

Look at the volume for a week before PR its almost close to nothing. Then dummy PR shows up and guess what MF a$s holes dumped more than a billion shares on bagholders.
