ONCE AGAIN! SPRV IS NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO FILE AN 8-K!

Only SEC registrants can file SEC Forms. An 8-K is actually SEC Form 8-K. SPRV is NOT an SEC registrant, thus is precluded from ever filing an SEC form, such as a Form 3 or 4 to disclose insider stock transactions, a Form 10-K to provide an audited annual financial statement, and/or a Form 8-K to publicly disclose Material Events. The best SPRV can do is post a Supplemental Information Statement on OTC Markets, but such a posting is nowhere near an 8-K in terms reliability!

Looking forward for a great 8k.
