A Secretary of Treasury has zero delegated authority to act

A Secretary of Homeland has zero delegated authority to act


Is that how you see it working ? And is every decision at AMZN made by the CEO


This is why we have a cabinet and then undersecretaries


And here - IMO as often said - I expect DJT to have an opinion and important one but not informed or in context and I hope Mnuchin and Kudlow and a few others are on our side as they will be key in voicing the next action -- and in stuff like the NWS - just doing it
