The fuel for a massive run is sitting in the bid. With how there appears to be dillution, it kills urgency to get in, so we will see slow buys and sells until a catalyst wakes up the bid, and people start whacking the ASK, giving it the appearance of, "get in or get left behind."

I agree. Actually the 1st PR should have propelled the organic growth expected from $GXXM anyway. They obviously want an .0001 close to finish, hence the reloading at 2 on the ask.
