This is not a brand new project. It's been in the works for awhile.

They’ve been working on it since last year. I presume they would not be starting construction unless they’d been given a strong indication that the necessary/ relevant permits were about to be approved.

Look at who’s on the board. The only socially high standing group that’s missing is Royalty! Lol

WRONG. Do the DD. Phase 1 of this project is almost complete.

Review who is on the BOD. They will get their license in Oct/Nov.
