I thought the same thing about the Schottenstein family, but just because they have money doesn't mean they stock will be a success. The reality is the concept of selling in malls that are basically going extinct isn't a solid plan. Foot traffic is near nothing these days and the market doesn't seem to think their business plan is a viable one.

What is significant about the 1st or 2nd quarter of 2020? As opposed to now? This is just shorts playing games. The stock is underpriced.
