The problem is the doling out of "GRANTS" by the FDA'S center for tobacco products with zero regulation just studies. WHERE IS XXII'S VLNT that has had numerous positive results submitted to date??

Study after study in vain to curtail tobacco industry's smoking and recently vaping products with nothing tangible to reign in the purveyors of disease and death.
