Just like he did back on 15-Jan, we have another timeline. As just posted his 03-Jun&10-Jun PR pumps created a timeline. Where after granting Kenny 2 weeks to insert QC results into the mythical IND, he's obligated to his SHs to announce submission 1st to 2nd week of August. And then 1st-2nd week of Sep as to how the FDA reacted.

That's right we have another countdown, just like the one from 15-Jan. Kenny's best predicted pump strategy is: Let SHs hanging as to the submission date. Then as tension building up in mid-late Sep, announce the perfect mythical IND wasn't perfect. Regardless of whether it was ever submitted. Piddling around should take care of 2019.
