Someone had mentioned that CV Sciences could challenge DuPont for using the New Harvest.com after cvsi gets the NH registered as a trademark. That is not the case. You can only challenge if a domain by another party uses your registered trademark after it has been federally registered. That is probably why New harvestcbdoil.com/.net/.org and Newharvesthempoil.com/net/.org domains were established. It makes sense. Newharvestcbdoil is a practical domain. If someone here can check if newharvestpluscbdoil.com has been registered it would be interesting to know.
