Perhaps I've missed something. August, 2013. Not looking for a fight,but, is that the best you got, or did I miss something? (I'll be the first to proclaim, I'm not perfect).

Was there a notification deadline given back then? If they(ipix) suspected they could not meet payment terms, why, and how, are they paying now(if they are)?
