GNCP doesn't own any land in the US.

It's not like it's hard to get a clean shell to buy, what do you think they would pay for GNCP. The first 70-80 million goes to preferred shares, the next 5-10 million to debt and unpaid partial dividends. Common gets nothing till that is done. No one would pay even that amount.
