I thought the same thing so I went back to check. The float was updated on 3/31/19 at 7 million on the otc website and the o/s at 306 million and something but don't remember the exact number. The o/s was just updated 6/14/19 and is unchanged so the float has to still be 7 million. All of Lazaar's shares are restricted.
Lol not behaving like a low float... On a breakout day we traded 3.4 mil volume... People have been accumulating this for weeks. Try harder to get cheap shares
What are you talking about? Half or more of the volume were people flipping for 100+% profits (to be expected). Total volume less than 3.5 million and up over 40%. Average 30 day volume less than 800,000. What about that scenario doesn’t say low float?
