This term sheet will be not be in place until the end of the year. This is the same silliness as before, that the first term sheet was "still good, it can take a year, like everyone knows in business." And it wasn't "still good".

This term sheet, if we close it (and the chance is very strong given the circumstances), wouod be closed before summer ends and could happen any week now.
