$JBZY$ was a dormant shell that was brought to life by Wang & Han for a purpose and it remains as a debt free entity with ZJMY assets...

And as a holding company much more could be eventually rolled in. This is only the beginning stages- bringing ZJMY to the U.S. market was not done without a major plan in mind.
