A friend of mine had to liquidate his account at Scottsdale. They are basically out of business with Alpine blowing up. They sold through Paul. The deadline for Scottsdale accounts is to sell or reverse DWAC all your shares of every stock you own by June 30th. I picked up 2 million shares at 25 and 27. My friend hopes to buy back some of the shares in the open market, but my guess is that it will be at a higher price, unless there is one account left at Scottsdale that still needs to liquidate.
So, if we see another Paul offer showing up, we know someone is being forced to sell. It would be worth it to post a large buy if we see Paul again, and hope they hit the bid.
