Assuming that you are 100% correct, what would of been the purpose of pumping SLJB stock if there was nothing in it? If that's what they did, Petar is in bigger trouble than I thought! I really doubt it though.

binzur-they emerged as SLJB. the acquisition corp was abandoned. any proof for these claims? none I'd bet. There were too many PR's from Steve Sulja signifying that the move was completed into what is trading here today.
