In a couple of months the collatoral shares are coming back? Weren't they supposed to come back basically any day 15-18 months ago? I remember constant discussion about these collatoral shares that will decrease the share count again. I slightly remember also that I always thought that they won't come back because they are long sold. So far they didn't. But then again the huge loan was ready any day as well 2 years ago.

If the collateral shares are returned the only effect should be on EPS and equity or share etc. They said they believed the shares weren’t sold (meaning they would not have to be buy them back again).
So if that’s the case it would be seen on the q3 (November) or Q4 (May 2020). A long time to wait for a paper-gain

I think the biggest driver going forward will be knowledge and less uncertainty.

When everybody knows what has been going on all this time and why.

the derivative suit will shine light on most of that and be the absolute biggest drivers going forward

A bid on the company from Solomon wouldn't come as a surprise and will be alot higher than the stock price now in order to make people accept.

I don't think income statements, contracts or a loan would do any good now.

An asset sale would also be a big driver now.

Uncertainty is bad for the stock price, like delisting, fraud accusations, late filings, law suits and longer and longer in between PR's

1. The Derivative Suit
2. Bid from Solomon or anyone else
3. Asset sale
