I think it’s $10,000 to file that.... idk... could be the business is done or something in the works with digital deadbolt or some merger or acquisition which has caused the delay. I’ve been in contact with the SEC and they said they can’t comment. I would think they would have landed on the delinquency list by now don’t u?
