The by laws are pretty straight forward.
Any current takeout requires a pretty good premium.

The boys must grow some Kahoonas and short this puppy if what you say is true

The shorts are at a 1 year low and "public" IIs still hovering at 60% while sources say we are at 85%+

What happens if it goes public that there is a group with combined 15%
