However, behind every SEC regulation/guideline is a process and procedure and a triggering event on timing of PR's and 8-K's. Kim, as our CEO and an attorney, knows how to interpret this better than anyone on this board on how to stretch out time limits.

Unconfirmed reports coming back from sources tell me that this trip to VN (and several other places)has been the most productive in KBLB's short history in VN in advancing KBLB's business plan. We'll see.

There could be multiple PR's and an 8-K as a result of this trip and phase 2 signing.

Kim's dry powder ammo bunker is filling up fast.
