GNCP - We Have Been discussing this for a while but never knew how it would be done. I Believe this Restructuring is the road that will lead us to fruition!!!!!!!!

WHAT IS RESTRUCTURING?

Restructuring is the corporate management term for the act of reorganizing the legal, ownership, operational, or other structures of a company for the purpose of making it more profitable, or better organized for its present needs. Other reasons for restructuring include a change of ownership or ownership structure, demerger, or a response to a crisis or major change in the business such as bankruptcy, repositioning, or buyout.

This is What All Shareholders Should Be Excited about IMHO!!!!!!!!

A financial stake is shares.
Debt is another.

Last one which hasn't been mentioned for awhile is to roll GNCP shares into a new company with maybe 200 million shares. A 100 million for the new team and a 100 million to split between common and preferred holders. No new shares of GNCP would be issued and no reverse either.

Preferreds would get about 98% of that 100 and common 2%. This would be very valuable for the majority of shareholders which are mostly preferred hareholders.

Its also good for the company and all the employees.

There are other ways to structure it.
