SOLI yes huge events about to come here, last week to probably get any sub $2.00 First let’s get the Judgement (today is last day to file a response) and the Share Retirement will follow quickly thereafter (probably Monday at latest). Then the Market Maker files the Form 211 on our behalf. The company doesn’t file it. Then within 48-72 Hours it will be approved is what Finra told me. Everything is done electronically now so things move so much quicker!
Time is certainly running out for Sub $2.00 and Sub $1.50’s!!
