Yeah but this does nothing.

Even if they sue, that doesn’t mean anything at all.

Anybody that’s been in a lawsuit knows this. You can sue for anything, but apparently he doesn’t have to comply with them unless court ordered. And the Sec has laughable track record with their lawsuits
