BTW I believe Matt pumps to bring in volume to help convert some notes without burying this thing and keep everyone happy.Now I don't think its been effective..in fact I think it pisses people off but that's my theory.I don't believe that he is a lying sack of shit.... I think he believes his pumps and is trying to keep everyone happy.
Time will tell how this plays out
