That's all gone...this shell CXCQ is empty, and will remain empty for a very long time. People get stuck in these all of the time. Don't do it. There are 10,000 other OTC tickers that have a better chance than CXCQ. Any investment here will be dead money. Take the tax loss, and find a ticker with a pulse...that's my best advice.
