Suntex owns it. Buzzy sold it from VGID to suntex in exchange for majority ownership of Suntex which he owns personally. Basically he stole it from VGID and gave it to suntex for his own personal gain.

Then he lies at said he is only stepping in as CEO momentarily right after the fa t he said he knows nothing about the .marijuana industry and want nothing to do with it.
