There is no buying activity because there is no compelling reason to buy the stock at this point.

Also, it is tough to trade the stock because there are no market makers. Some major brokerages will not allow trading in the stock. I have a Fidelity account and I cannot buy or sell the stock because of the brokerage rules. This restriction will not change until the company regains its listing...if it ever does.

Don't expect anything to change until management gets off its tired lazy buttocks and/or the company receives FDA approval for its drug applications and the USPO approves some/all of its patent applications.

Until then, we wait.
