Wolf . . .. I lived in Lexington in 1973. All my contacts there are dead now!!!

There is a man from Kentucky, who has a farm right outside of Lexington (near Cynthiana) and raises a very large amount of hemp. He has a VERY strong connection to CVSI. Josh Hendrix is his name and he is director of business development, domestic production for CV Sciences. In addition to working for CVSI he is a Kentucky hemp farmer developing crops in tandem with CVSI.

Maybe . . . just maybe . . . he and the fellow you mentioned are using the New Harvest brand as another arm or subsidiary of CVSI. I have no proof, but that's awfully close to home!
