1. Previous two years are solid indication of future "operational" performance

2. What does "scam from the beginning mean", they produced SEC filed, Audited Financials for the two prior years and gave guidance on Revs for this year, including a statement today saying no problem with financials. Seems like that statement, along with previous public statements about revenue, would get them fines and jail time if turns out to be BS

3. T for sure, I'm guessing every bit as painful for Chris as for all shareholders
