Amendment isn't authorizing "more shares"

I believe this company is covering all bases. Seems to me that this amendment had not been previously filed and was necessary.

That document MAY have been necessary in the course of the lawsuit, however. Though it hadn't been filed, it had been created prior to Farley. Have no clue if that means anything or not....
