If it is worth 500 million this share price should be at least 15-20$, but its not. Why do they state this and at the same time say they are trying to offload.
It's probabaly better for the stock price than saying that ADXS is running out of cash, won't have a salable product for years, only has massive dilution as a last resort, and the Undertaker is warming up the hearse.
