Raising $30 million at 4 cents would be better than nothing ending with approx. 750 million shares. 7 cents would be closer to future share price growth. That is the kind of money that could allow for revenue and clinicals to have every chance, not quite the $50 million or $100 million type dream figures management has thrown out.
