New management to focus on entertainment and media assets in addition to enhancing our proprietary beverage formulas with added functionality, to include CBD.

Update: June 7, 2019. New Management has completed, and filed, required disclosures / financials (in the recently updated OTC Markets format) to become current with OTC Markets. Additionally, an updated Attorney Letter with Respect to Current Information has been filed. We are waiting on PINK CURRENT approval from OTC Markets.

I saw it. I just think they made a mistake and didn't realize they needed Q1. If they would have had the financials in the correct format the first time it wouldn't have mattered but as a result of the mistake in filing it took a lot longer to get everything in. Im sure they will figure it out but its a new timeline now.
