I get that you don't have to have an actual office but I am trying to find out what Leo actually has in mind for his Irish subsidiary as he stated in one of the press releases that the benefits would be immediate. On the other hand, maybe he anticipates such a huge presence in Ireland once the "deal" is made that he wants to rent more office space there.
