I know, pretty funny. The old ones make it longer to scroll through to the actual information behind them. Other than that it hardly tells you much.
However I was thinking It would provide the information to calculate average daily price for the preferreds they said were converting in February, but so far not completed. I believe the way the contracts read, they get the deal on the day they ask, no matter when the conversion actually happens. You would think it would have to be done in some due time, but it doesn't mention that.
You should go back and calculate the average 5 day price for that time and see how many common shares are getting converted. An excel sheet will make it quick. Use something like comma delimiter to separate data pasting. It's probably a little less than the 11.2 billion that everyone says it is. I don't remember the exact date but the early warning date is in the financials.
