I think individuals invested here will keep it afloat as long as they are able while selling shares out the back door.

The SEC moves slow but I think the 10 day delay in filing the 8K along with this being the second auditor will draw some attention.

This would sky rocket if they had a competent CFO. My money is on suspension before audited financials get released but no one knows for sure.
