Fot what it is worth... The mgt team is not delaying the process of financing at all. You cannot play with both “procesess” SP and financing because the mgt team is not the only factor in both procesess so even if they want to influence on or both procesess they can’t! The only thing they can do and are doing is giving all the info available and kindly ask the partners involved and the lawyers to please speed up the process of financing.
I really think it is not a matter of month we have to wait from now on...
