Ironic - more MMEX-scam B.S.

Of course, all the MMEX-scam statements are complete, total, utter, 100% B.S. Let’s take them apart, one by one:

"We have now reached agreement for our Residual Fuel (“ATBs”) off-take with a SUPER-MAJOR ENERGY AND TRADING COMPANY.”

Of course, as usual, there is no substantiating, corroborating evidence to validate this B.S. claim - no PR, nothing to legitimize an empty, bogus claim. We know this claim is not material, as there is no associated 8-K filing.

"We will rail the ATBs to the Texas Gulf Coast Markets points of delivery they designate.”

The only thing Mad J. is gonna “rail” is MMEX-scam retail “investors.” Moving ATB by rail is a losing proposition out the gate - Mad J. would have to wrap dollar bills around any residual that MMEX-scam might produce - MMEX-scam’s location is an inland, land-locked parcel - the transportation losses alone would guarantee bankruptcy.

"Our Residual fuel oil that is planned to meet the IMO 2020 Sulphur standard is a highly sought-after marine fuel beginning January 1, 2020.”

Aside from not being a grammatically correct sentence, MMEX-scam has no de-sulphuring capability in its proposed, rudimentary tea-pot topping unit. The crude distillation process concentrates sulphur in the heavy fractions - it would never meet IMO 2020 spec.

"Along with our projected Diesel sales, these two agreements place 70% of our planned production under off-takes with EXTREMELY STRONG balance sheet BUYERS.”

More complete and total B.S. - note the weasel words “agreements,” and “planned.” Again, no 8-K’s, no legit PR, no validation on what are 100% B.S. claims.

MMEX - You’ve Been Scammed!
