A company with real offices... employees that actually get pay checks... one that doesn't ask the employees to pay the company's bills... one that complies with all the laws...

But most importantly... a company that's entire structure and business plan is NOT based upon creating a false market value for their shares and unloading said shares on the heads of the naive and laughing all the way to the bank!

"A company with real offices" There are many companies that have high overhead on physical office spaces. Best way to cut back on costs is to work from home or remotely with cell phones, laptops, etc.

"employees that actually get pay checks" This is rare for companies to have employees willing to do this, and is a very good sign. An employee that would take stock over a paycheck says a lot about the potential of the company and its working conditions. If they are willing to do that, then they must see where CRSM is going to be willing to do that imo. They have "skin in the game" and tend to work harder to make things happen. Those employees that couldn't care less about their job would take cash (a paycheck) over stock.

"one that doesn't ask the employees to pay the company's bills..." What does this have to do with CRSM?

"one that complies with all the laws" Pure conjecture that CRSM doesn't already do this.

"But most importantly... a company that's entire structure and business plan is NOT based upon creating a false market value for their shares" If the market is willing to pay a certain value for the shares, how is that false?
