Well, MACD has reversed and stock has been dropping on low volume.

On 6/27 the S1 was filed announcing 60,899,000 shares to be sold at a max price of .43

A quick look at the monthly chart of July shows that so far (the month has one more day to go) 442,972 shares have traded with a high of .40 and a low of .25

There's millions of shares left to offload.

If they did the RS today the stock would be $3.15 X $3.75
