Aaron Serruya resigned from the Board...Samuel Serruya holds the shares it appears but other Family members probably still have some also..,but no Serruya sits on the board anymore and there are only 2 board members that I can find...Liberty is operating on bare bone management and Board...could be a good thing as its definitely cheaper...
