He said it, you can listen to the CC. The problem is MacNally said his timeline is aggressive. A couple weeks for this a couple weeks for that and now we’re at the EOY and no submission. I have stated that I believe there is likely 3 months of delay in this timeline so I anticipate a delay with submission.
Tough spot here with so much money needed....
