I’m dizzy! Nice spin! The firm RESIGNED not let go. Taking the sun total of all the rest of Marks incompetence, missed deadlines and outright lies, it’s easier to believe that. CE company delinquent 4-5 years is the one to blame rather than an actual top tier accounting firm.

Auditors need information to complete their job. If the company refuses then they can’t do the task they were hired to do.

What are you talking about??? If RRBB didn't "do its job", ARYC would have found a new auditor long ago. On the contrary, it seems ARYC never sent RRBB the materials it needed to perform any audits.

Do you understand that ARYC needs to file FOUR 10-Ks, which need to be audited, and all the accompanying quarterlies, which need to be reviewed??
